Story
This tree is a "wow" tree to say the least. It is approximately 100 years old and has a unique form similar to the Hampton tree, but even larger. It should be safe from harm. A challenging tree to measure given the size and sweep of large, low branches. There are three primary leaders measuring in girth 158", 89", and 68" at 4.5' above ground. The dominant central leader is dwarfed by the upright branches, and a conventional measurement of this sole trunk would vastly underestimate the hulk of the tree.
